With tax season approaching it is important to know where you can save money and how you can appeal your New Jersey taxes. A. Steve Polychronopoulos and Michele DiBenedetto, Sales Associates at Prudential New Jersey Properties New Providence Office, will be hosting a free seminar, "How to Successfully Appeal New Jersey Property Taxes" on Thrusday, February 16, 2012 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Prudential New Jersey Properties New Providence Office at 1260 Springfield Avenue, New Providence, NJ 07974.

"The New Jersey property tax appeal filing deadline is April 1. This informative seminar will help homeowners find out if now is the time for them to file an appeal and how to go about the process," noted Steve Polychronopoulos.

Guest speakers will be Robert Priscoe, President of PAI Real Estate Appraisers and Stephen Severud, Real Estate Tax Attorney. Topics discussed will include how individual property assessments and taxes are calculated, rules for determining if you have a winnable case and how to avoid common pitfalls that can lead to a dismissal of your case.
