Bob's professional and efficient handling of our property's listing, sale and closing made doing business with PRUDENTIAL NEW JERSEY PROPERTIES an unexpected pleasure.
Fast approaching the fall / winter months, Bob took the time to inspect our property, get information about the history of sales in our neighborhood, discuss our needs and suggest a listing price. At first, the price seemed higher than I would have thought. But Bob not only had a good rationale for the price he suggested, but also a clear strategy for marketing our home during the coming weeks and months.
Needless to say, it is always a difficult and stressful job undertaking to move your family to another state, try to sell a home and purchase another ' all by the end of fall. But Bob and his staff actively worked to get the job done ' FAST.
The day Bob listed our property it started showing. Each and every day we had 2-4 interested buyers look at our house. By day five we received an offer. Although it was about 10% off our listing price, we tried to negotiate with the buyers. When things didn't go well, Bob advised us to hang in and wait for another offer. And he was right!
Two days later (one week from the day we listed) we had another offer the Bob negotiated to within 1% of our asking price! The buyers were pre-qualified, pre-approved and had 30% to put down. Bob walked the entire transaction through the attorneys, inspectors, affidavits and even our closing as we had left the state. Finally, Bob introduced us to a Prudential Associate in

After all the struggles I've heard when buying and selling real estate, I'm glad we chose Prudential and Bob Idakaar.
