Within 2 years of beginning my real estate career in 1989, I became one of the top listing/selling agents in the state.  My referrals have multiplied since then because client satisfaction has always been my top priority. I knew that my relationship with clients would always be the one ingredient that would make me happy and successful.  It is important to me to be the best at what I do.  I approach each transaction with diligence and honesty.

In 2009, I was awarded the Green Designation by the National Association of Realtors.  I am qualified to assist homeowners in transforming their homes to be energy efficient, ecology-friendly, and environmentally safe.

Professional Interests

I am certified by the National Association of Realtors as a GREEN Designee.  This means that I have achieved the certification necessary by the NAR to be a GREEN Realtor.  I am qualified to address the environmental concerns of both buyers and sellers.  Owners of properties who wish to make their homes environmentally friendly can consult with me.  Buyers who wish to purchase homes that are environmentally friendly can also work with me to determine which homes may be the most Green for them. 

Specialties

I specialize in sales of residential properties, single family homes, condos, and townhouses.  I work with sellers to get their homes sold in the most efficient way possible.  I enjoy the close working relationships I have with clients to make the transactions easy.

I also work with buyers who are either purchasing their first property, or looking to upgrade their existing properties.  I will work with a buyer until they find the right property that suits their needs.

I have done a number of short-sale listings and closings.  These transactions require expertise and patience to get them approved and closed.  This process has become easier over the past year.  I do enjoy the challenge.

 

Personal Background

Originally from New York, I have lived in New Jersey since 1980.  During this time, I have bought and sold many properties.  Having been a buyer and seller myself, I can relate to the whole process with all prospective clients.  A real estate transaction can be a very stressful experience.  I absorb most of the stress for my clients to make a difficult time an easier one.  I have experienced all types of issues that have come up through the years.  Not much surprises me anymore, and clients appreciate my expertise in knowing what to do and how to advise them during the entire process of purchasing, selling, and closing on their homes. 

Personal Interests

When I am not working, I very much enjoy being with my kids, or hanging out with friends.  I also enjoy traveling and have been to many countries around the world.  South Africa was my favorite trip.  Being on safari is one of the best experiences you can have.  I love meeting people from around the world.
