Buying or selling a home is a huge emotional and financial decision, and I am very sensitive to that.  Most of my business is personal referral, and for that I am extremely appreciative.

  I strive to make each client feel special (and they are!), and I pay close attention to detail. I listen to what their needs are...am always upfront, and to the point...and I always try to find quick and thorough solutions to any problems that might arise.

I follow through, and  stay in touch with all my clients on a regular basis. I am there from start to finish, whether it be a sale or a listing sold.  I still have clients from many years ago who call just to say hello, or ask for a recommendation, whether it be for a plumber, a contractor or even a restaurant!   I am always pleased to help.  I love to laugh, and I find humor can be very useful when dealing with the stress that buying or selling a home can create. Personal Background - Who I Am!

* Lifelong resident of Essex  County, having lived in W. Orange, Short Hills, Livingston and Roseland

* I started my "working" career, after college in the mid 70's, as a teacher in the East Orange school system - taught 4th grade reading and math . I then became a stay-at-home mom raising my son, Jason (the apple of my eye!!). In 1985, with Jason in school full time, I decided it was time to return to work. The question was - just WHAT work to do. I always loved looking at model homes, and reading up on real estate. So............ I decided to take the real estate course...next thing I know, I passed my state exam, and voila... I'm a brand new Realtor! At the time the company was called Degnan Boyle. I have been  with the same company for the past 27 years, and have been part of the expansion and evolution  to what is now Prudential NJ Properties. I'm pretty loyal, don't you think?? Actually, I really like and respect my manager and the other agents I work with, and I especially like the small-office, warm feeling that still exists even though we are now one of the larger companies in the state. In 2008 we were ranked #13 out of all the Prudential affiliate offices nationwide!! Prudential NJ Properties can fill all your needs - it fills mine!!!
