Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. You will need a dedicated agent like myself that can guide you through the entire transaction smoothly from beginning to end. Being a real estate agent I wear many different hats; negotiator, guidance counselor, teacher and analyst to name a few. My knowledge of the current market is also key. I LOVE what I do and it shows in my work and my commitment to my clients.

I specialize in sales of residential properties, single family homes, condos, and townhouses. I work with sellers to get their homes sold using todays technolgy. I enjoy the close working relationships I have with clients to make the transactions easy.

I also work with buyers who are either purchasing their first property, or looking to upgrade their existing properties. I will work with a buyer until they find the right property that suits their needs.

I have done a number of short-sale listings and closings. These transactions require expertise and patience to get them approved and closed. This process has become easier over the past year. I've earned my CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation, so I can better assist my clients.
