Do you remember the last time the government sent you a check for $8,000? No strings attached?! Me Either! The Clock is Ticking!

With the government giving buyers 8000 reasons to get off the fence...why are some still sitting??  Perhaps waiting for the market to hit rock bottom?  Problem with that is there is no timer on the market and unfortunately we won't know the market hit bottom until its in the rearview mirror and by then its too late....
