It's funny.  I work with buyers, lots of buyers. NO matter what type of buyer they are- eventually most will buy.  Some buyers are more analytical, some go with the heart, some are practical- but most find the perfect home - and move forward with a contract.

...and speaking of buyers- there is no doubt, that this is a great time to buy.  Of course we can never exactly predict the future of real estate- but make no arguments that interest rates are great- and home prices have dropped.  Take a look at this link- and be assured- it's  great time to buy!
