Originally from Chicago, I've lived in NJ for over 25 years and was drawn to this part of the State for all it has to offer -- great schools, friendly neighborhoods, parks, and a wonderful variety of home styles, plus easy commuting to most areas of NJ, as well as NYC.
With over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, I've made real estate my second career. It's been a wonderful opportunity to bring together my many years of Marketing and Project Management experience with my love of older homes, architecture, and landscaping.
As a full-time Realtor, I can ensure that my Clients get the best possible service; I personally return all phone calls and emails promptly. I can be reached via phone, email, or text message and will accommodate your busy schedule, with appointment times available during the day, evening, or on weekends.

I really enjoy working with Buyers -- whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking for more space, or perhaps ready to 'downsize'. We'll first meet so I can better understand your needs and your budget. From there, we will explore your target communities together until we find the right home for you. Buying a home is likely the largest purchase you will ever make -- I can assist you every step of the way.

Seller have lots of challenges in today market. They need an Agent who has solid marketing experience. My 20 years of experience in various aspects of Marketing will provide a big plus for those wanting to sell their home. Pricing, market positioning, checking competing homes -- these are all areas where I can help you.

We'll start with an initial consultation so that I'll better understand your objectives and time-table. From there we will work together to get your home "market ready". We'll continue to work closely together to ensure that your home appeals to today's Buyers and that your home is well-positioned against other homes currently on the market.

I will work to get you top dollar for your home and to ensure that it gets maximum market exposure -- leveraging an array of marketing strategies. Each home is unique -- therefore I customize our Marketing Plan to your particular needs.

Union County Master Gardener -- including working at their annual Plant Sale (this year, on Sunday, May 20th at the Watchung Reservation) -- hope to see you there!
Westfield Community Band -- This Band is celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2012. It's a wonderful group of musicians, who volunteer countless hours each year to bring free Concerts to Westfield. I'm proud to be part of this organization in my role as Chair of the "Friends of the Westfield Community Band".
Westfield High School Marching Band. I work with others in the parents' group for this organization -- great kids -- great Half time Show!
