The clock is ticking for first time home buyers. 

The $8,000. tax credit deadline is April 30th to have a contract in place and close by June 30th. 

I would recommend my buyers to have a contract in place before the rush of April 30th.

Closings can take up to 90 days depending on the sellers ability to move quickly.

First time home buyers need to contact their Realtor ASAP and actively start looking in order to give themselves enough time to make the right selection and go into contract.
