My Cable TV Program

One of my favorite things is my cable TV program.  "You Fix It" is a monthly program dedicated to home maintainace and repair.  The programs can be seen on Comcast Cable on channel 36 and on Fios on channel 33.

The most recent program is "Everything You Need To Know Prior To The Next Snowstorm"  It can be viewed here.

   I am a true "New Jersey boy". Raised in Summit and Short Hills, I know these communities intimately. I believe in giving back. I have devoted 13 yrs. to two non-profit Summit organizations, the Summit Housing Authority, where I have served as Chairman, and the Summit Child Care Center (now the Learning Circle), where I held the position of Vice Chairman. I am proud to be living in Summit with my wife, Katie, a successful divorce attorney, and son, Jack.

Favorite Real Estate Transactions

  • A 4,500 sq ft English Tudor in Summit on 1.2 acres. I listed it at Thanksgiving and sold it in 3 weeks with 2 competing offers for full asking price.
  • In 1995 a couple moved to Summit from NYC. I found them a Victorian that the hospital was selling for a fraction of what homes in the neighborhood were selling for.
  • Move-ups are great when I was able to sell my client's split level in New Providence and purchase the new ranch in Murray Hill as an even trade.
